UNLV features hospitality research by AESHM assistant professor Wen Chang

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas recently featured research conducted by Wen Chang when she was a doctoral student. Chang, who’s now an assistant professor in apparel, events, and hospitality management at Iowa State, worked with Harrah Hotel College professor James Busser to help hospitality brands with employee retention. As part of their study, they surveyed dozens of former management-program trainees in the hotel-resort industry through several cycles of the training.
