Attend the fourth annual Trashion Show on April 21

The Trashion Show is a fashion show consisting of garments made from 100 percent recycled materials. In its fourth year, the Trashion Show is put on by students enrolled in AESHM 222 Creative Thinking and Problem Solving, and aims to bring awareness to environmental issues such as access to clean water, packaging waste, the greenhouse effect, littering on campus, and more. General admission tickets are $10, and all proceeds will be donated to the Audubon Society, an organization that works to preserve Iowa’s waterways. Tickets may be purchased at any time before the show at Serenity Couture Salon at North Grand Mall. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., and the show will begin at 7:05 p.m.
