From eco-friendly lodging to electronic check-ins, our graduate students and faculty are studying pertinent issues to this industry and learning the best ways to solve them. Master of Family and Consumer Sciences non-thesis degree Distance Doctor of Philosophy: For the experienced hospitality professional. Cohorts meet for two weeks each summer on the ISU campus and spend the rest of the school year completing their degrees in online.
