  • MANAGEMENT AND SCIENCE UNIVERSITY (MSU), Malaysia
    • Position: Lecturer (1 October 2012 - Present)
    • Currently working as a lecturer in the Department Health Professional and Food Service, Management and Science University (MSU), Malaysia since October 2012 until present. Job scopes include deliver lectures, academic administration as well as research and internship supervision. Activities include:
    • Lecturing subject delivery 100% in English language at least minimum 18 credit hours with 3 subjects’ preparation. Subjects taught since October 2012 until June 30th 2015:
      • Purchasing and Menu Planning
      • Basic Food Preparation
      • Food Service Strategic Management
      • Ethics in Food Service Industry
    • Supervising Bachelor’s students’ research project (minimum 2 undergraduate students per semester).
    • Performing internship visit minimum once per session.
    • Attending staff development programs such as Certificate of Teaching Skills, Turn-it-in workshop, research methods and grants seminar and Outcome Based Education workshop.
    • Participating in community service during Nutrition Month 2014 with Health Department of Perak State by developing and executing a community education and engagement campaign to promote healthy lifestyle to the public.
    • Coordinate the international academic visit to Prince of Songkla University, Thailand (March 2013)
    • Coordinate the international academic visit to Jiangnan University,Wuxi, China (December 2013).
    • Involved in preparing the documents for Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA) visits for MSU Bachelor in Nutrition program accreditation 2014.
