Students and Guest Chef Host a Yucatan Dinner on May 2

A team including HRIM Club students will hold a Yucatan Dinner in conjunction with partners, Iowa-Yucatan Partners, Iowa Sister States, and the ISU Memorial Union Hotel. The fundraising dinner will be prepared by expert chefs from Mexico, who will work with HRIM students to help them learn about Yucatan food preparation. Revenue generated from this event will be divided equally among Iowa Partners, Yucatan Partners and Iowa Sister States. The dinner on May 2, 2009 begins at 6.00PM in the Joan Bice Underwood Tearoom on the ISU campus (23 Mackay Hall).
