I was responsible for...
-Responsible for creating the Cyclone Hockey in-game merchandising experience to achieve sales goals -Maintained merchandise inventory and completed merchandise sales reports at end of each game night -Provide enhanced customer experience through superior customer engagement -Deliver product management through directed merchandising presentation execution -Accountable for merchandising operations and performance

I accomplished...
Revamping the Puck Shop and helping them adapt a more professional look.

I learned...
I learned to stay on top of the work. After games it was my job to update inventory, and if I slacked in this aspect my whole sheet would be off and the work would pile up. This taught me to get things done on time and not to procrastinate.

Advice for others...
Do your best to step out of your comfort zone and offer to help. Don't sit back and wait for people to tell you what you should be doing. Take initiative and be helpful. After all, you're there to learn and this is the best way to gain experience.
