I will never forget...
One of our regular guests broke his back and was unable to visit us his usual 5 times a week. I was able to personally deliver dessert and a card from our service staff letting him know we missed him and could not wait for his return. He and his wife returned back for the first time in 4 months this past week.
Advice for others...
Ask as many questions as possible. Don't hesitate to take on a new and challenging project. Take on as many new and exciting tasks as possible in order to gain as much experience as you can.
