Biography

EunHa (Lena) Jeong, Ph.D. is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Apparel, Events, and Hospitality Management at Iowa State University. She received her M.S. and Ph.D. in Hospitality management from Purdue University. Her research focuses on consumer behaviors/psychology and services marketing and management in hospitality industry. She is actively contributing to academia through publication of research papers in a top-tier journal, such as International Journal of Hospitality Management, and International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management and attending academic conferences both at home and abroad. She received number of academic research paper awards at academic conferences. She received the 2019 Best Research Paper Award at the Annual Conference of Korea America Hospitality & Tourism Educators Association, the 2014 Best Research Paper Award at the Annual Conference of Asia Pacific Tourism Association, Highly Commended Paper Award at World Conference on Hospitality, Tourism and Event Research in 2013, and the Best Research Paper Award at the Harrah Hospitality Research Summit in 2010.
