As a results-driven retail executive with an extensive background in sales, merchandising and multi-store management, I am passionate about the ever-changing world of retail. Driving innovation and empowering others to be their best, has driven my own success.
I have grown to become an innovative strategist skilled at analyzing retail businesses at the macro and micro level for digital and brick & mortar. I pride myself in being an “out of the box” thinker, willing to take calculated risks to bolster the bottom line, and execute strategy fueled by a forward looking vision.
My curiosity and excitement about the global fashion management industry has landed me in the classroom – both as a student and a teacher. As a PhD student studying apparel, merchandising and design, I have thoroughly enjoyed immersing myself in the study of consumer behavior. As an Adjunct Professor teaching college students about the fundamentals of retail and fashion merchandising, I am bringing my passion for the retail world “full circle.”

Through these experiences, I have learned that my professional value comes down to strengths in these areas:

  • Leadership
  • Strategic Planning
  • Sales Generation
  • International Business Development
  • Brand Strategy
  • Project Management
  • Financial Modeling & Analysis
  • Collaboration at all Levels -Internally and Externally
  • Excellent Presentation & Negotiation Skills
  • Unbridled Work Ethic

I have traveled extensively throughout Asia and Europe, strengthening my keen sense of the complexities and sophistication of various global retail markets. My work via the Fashion Institute of Technology enabled me to research and analyze customer retention strategies for Christian Dior Haute Couture, gaining me the opportunity to present my strategic findings directly to their CEO. My multicultural business acumen is one of my best attributes.
